‘A Picture Paints a Thousand Words’

at Play Resource

Play Resource, with funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and in partnership with Libraries NI, is showcasing the art work of older people from six Belfast groups including Cityway Day Centre, Cullingtree Fold, Families Beyond Conflict, Flax Day Centre, Loopland Fold and Newington Day Centre. Artists Anna O’Kane and Anne Quail, worked with  the groups using arts to highlight the important role libraries play in the lives of so many people.

The exhibition launched on Thursday 25th May and will run to Friday 9 June 2017 and then tour five libraries throughout Belfast.
