NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF A DIRECTORS’ MEETING OF

Play Resource Warehouse Limited (“PRW”)

This is notice that a Directors’ meeting will be held

On: 4^th May 2021 At: 7pm

The business of the meeting will be to consider the requirement that, on completion of the proposed merger between PRW and a designated charity of similar objects, that the membership of paying members of PRW will come to an end in order to facilitate the transfer of all members’ subscriptions and engagements to the new charity. This change will not affect members’ access to PRW scrap store and benefits outlined at: https://playresource.org/membership/

Note

A current paid-up member of PRW (or a representative of a member, appointed in writing by a member and submitted to the Board) may make representations to the Directors’ meeting.
