โ€ข Phone lines will open at 9.30am on Monday 12th April – They will be open 9.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Thursday only. Please ring 02890 357545
โ€ข You will be able to book your 15 minute slot for the upcoming week โ€“ this will be on a first come first served basis. Collection slots will be from 9.30am -1pm and 2pm-4.30pm Monday to Thursday
โ€ข Your membership will need to be in date โ€“ if not this will need to be updated over the phone
โ€ข You will then be instructed to email a list of what you require to shop@playresource.org
โ€ข There will be allocated collection points in the carpark clearly marked โ€“ pull into a collection point during your reserved time slot and ring 02890 357543 to let them know which bay you are in
โ€ข The trolley will be brought out to you for you to unload into your car
โ€ข We ask if you could bring your trolley back around to the front of the building when finished
โ€ข If there is an emergency or you are stuck in traffic and will be late for your time slot please ring 02890 357543

โ€ข Once you have placed your order we will contact you when it is ready for collection and take payment over the phone (please note this can take up to 3 working days)
