You will need:

• Small Poly Wreath
• Polyball
• Google Eyes
• Paper Mache Skulls
• White Tulle
• Black Paint
• Masking Tape
• Black Marabu Feathers

Instructions:

1. Cover the polyring with masking tape and paint black.
2. Paint some of the skulls black and cover some with newspaper and glue.
3. Glue the skulls onto the polyring leaving space for the ghost.
4. Cover the polyball with the tulle and tie a bow. Stick on google eyes.
5. Glue the ghost onto the ring. Finally, glue feathers and a black ribbon loop to hang.
