Instructions:

1. Paint a paper plate gold on one side and silver on the other.  Leave to dry.
2. Cut a small v shape out of the top of the paper plate.  Wrap the two cut edges together to form a bell shape and attach them together with a staple.
3. Punch a hole in the top with a hole punch and thread a length of pipecleaner through it and down through the middle of the bell.
4. Slide a jingle bell onto each end of the pipecleaners and twist to secure.
