Instructions:

1. Using the cardboard carefully cut out the template of any number you wish to use and a couple of stars or other simple shapes.
2. Place a sheet of cardboard in the middle of the t-shirt. Place the template over the front of the t-shirt and using a sponge gently dab on the paint. Dip the sponge into different colours of paint to make the multi coloured effect.
