Instructions:

1. Cut a 5cm strip of paper long enough to fit around head, plus a few cm for overlap and glue or staple ends together.
2. Cut 5 squares 22cm in size.  Fold each in half diagonally to create five triangles.  Overlap these by slipping one folded piece inside the other.  Adjust overlapped pieces to fit inside the headband and staple into place.
3. Bring the inner triangles together to the middle; you may have to crumple the pieces a bit.  Use glue gun to secure (adult supervision).
4. Cut a 10 -15cm slice down the centre of each triangle, beginning at the point.  Fold these over + glue a pom pom or bell onto the tip of each.
