For a bargain Halloween creation create this Spooky Bin Bag Cat!

You will need:

• Black Bin Bag
• Elastic Bands
• Black Gaffer Tape
• Paint Marker
• String
• Newspaper – scrap

Instructions:

1. Place an elastic band tightly around each corner of bin bag, 20cm from the end.

2. Stuff bin bag with several pieces of newspaper and add another elastic
band to form head.

3. Spread open the banded sections then use black gaffer tape to form
into pointed ears. Use paint marker to draw on a cat face and whiskers.

4. Cut triangle shapes along bottom edge of bag. Attach string to head
with gaffer tape, to hang.
