You will need:

•  Felt sheet A4 (makes one)
•  Ribbon 1m x 1cm spool
•  Chenille/ pipecleaners
•  Bright buttons/ Tulip fabric paints
•  PVA Glue/ double sided tape

Instructions:

1. Cut a felt sheet in half. Place each half back to back. Mark and cut slits
to thread the ribbon through.

2. Thread round from the top right round to the other side and tie in a bow
on each side.

3. Twist two chenilles together to make handles and attach. Add
decoration using buttons, scrap & tulip fabric paints.
