You will need:
- Black Funky Foam
- Orange Funky Foam
- Wiggle Eyes
- Cotton Wool Balls
- Black Feathers
- Microfine Glitter
- Double Sided Tape
- Plastic Bottle (SCRAP)
Instructions:
- Push some cotton balls into a plastic bottle until it’s full.
- Pour some microfine glitter into the bottle, screw lid on and give the bottle a good shake to distribute the glitter.
- From the black funky foam cut some flippers, wings and a band to wrap around the penguins head. Attach with double sided tape.
- Push some feathers into the head.
- Add some details with stitching and buttons, and a loop to hang.
