What does Play Resource mean to you?

 

I am contacting you to ask for your support as a valued member of Play Resource.  Play Resource is a registered charity and relies on funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland to run the excellent and unique services it provides to its member groups.  We received a 5% cut in 2017/18 and were informed recently that we have received another cut of 20% from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland towards the operating costs of the organisation.

I am in the process of preparing an appeal against the funding decision and really need your support. It’s important that we, as a wider community, send as strong a message as possible that these cuts are unacceptable.

Please would you take a few moments to email gail@playresource.org with a few lines telling me what Play Resource means to your organisation and the positive impacts it has on the work you do.
