NOTICE OF A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF

Play Resource Warehouse Limited (“PRW”)

This is notice that a Special General Meeting of the members of PRW will be held online on: 27^th April 2021 At: 7pm

 

The business of the meeting will be to discuss the future of PRW and to consider a proposed merger of PRW with another charitable company (the “Charity”) by way of the transfer of PRW’s net assets and undertakings to the Charity.

 

Note:

Current paid-up individual members of PRW are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and are also entitled to appoint a proxy. If appointing a proxy, an individual member must give written notice to PRW (via email below) of the name of the appointed proxy. This notice is required in order that a proxy may attend the meeting and should be received no later than 5pm on Monday 19^th April.

A member that is an organisation may nominate any person to act as its representative. Organisations should give written notice to PRW (via email below) of the name of its representative. This notice is required in order that a representative may attend the meeting and should be received no later than 5pm on Monday 19^th April.
