Instructions:

1. Begin by painting the cardboard tube with purple paint. Once dry, roll a sheet of purple card into a cone to make a cape. Stick together using double sided tape and place on top of cardboard cone.
2. For the witch’s head, paint a polyegg with green paint, once dry paint hair with black paint. Add google eyes and other facial features, then glue polyegg on top of cardboard cone.
3. Make the witches hat by rolling a piece of card/paper into a cone and fix into place with masking tape. Straighten open end of cone by cutting with scissors. For hat brim, place open end of cone down on card and draw around to make a template, then draw larger circle around this and cut out. After this, cut out inner circle and fasten to cone with masking tape, then paint with black paint. Once dry, attach to witch’s head using glue.
4. To make arms and hands, draw hands onto paper, carefully cut out and glue between folded paper squares. Cut out two strips of purple card, sandwich between the ends of the strips, and glue together.
5. Make the witch’s broom by cutting small thin strips of card/paper and sticking to one end of a wood stick with masking tape.
6. Lastly, for the witch’s cat, stick google eyes to a black pom pom. Then cut small strips of white paper and a small red triangle from red funky foam and stick under google eyes to make nose and whiskers. Cut out two small triangles from black funky foam glue to pom pom to make ears, then, finally, cut a section off from a black pipecleaner and glue to pompom for the cats tail.
