Instructions:

1. Cut a length of bordette to fit around head.  Staple ends together to create hat.
2. Wind a pipecleaner around a pencil to create a spiral.
3. Cut a shamrock shape from funky foam and poke a small hole in the base with a pencil.  Thread one end of pipecleaner through this hole.
4. To attach this to the hat, push the other end of pipecleaner into the corrugated slots in the bordette
