Instructions:

1. Begin by cutting a strip of scrap card, 3 inches wide and the length measured round your head and cut to fit, allowing a little extra to join it together with cellotape. After adjusting length to make a good fit carefully cellotape the ends together to make the crown.
2. Paint the crown with gold paint. Once dry, add decoration by tearing up strips of green tissue paper, scrunching up into balls, then using PVA to glue onto the crown.
3. Add more detail to the decoration using yellow and gold glitter glue.
4. Next, take a couple of gold pipecleaners and use a glue gun to stick to the inside of the crown. Be careful with the hot glue.
5. After this, draw some shamrock shapes onto green funky foam and cut out. Add some decoration to them using gold glitter glue.  Then use the glue gun to stick the shamrocks to the gold pipecleaners.
