Instructions:

1. Cut some small and large circles from white paper and join together on reverse, using tape, to make a cloud shape.
2. Lay some glitter strips down side by side to create a rainbow.  Tape across one end of rainbow to join the strips together
3. Tape this to the back of the cloud to finish.
