Instructions:

1. Paint the bottom third of the tube green. Once dry, cut a strip of black card approximately 2cm wide and wrap it around the top of the green section. Cut a buckle shape from gold card and stick on.
2. Give your leprechaun a beard and hair by curling a colossal pipecleaner around a pencil. Pull out the pencil and stick the curled pipecleaner into position above the green part of the tube.
3. To make the glasses, glue two plastic rings together. Use a black pipecleaner to make the arms for the glasses. Stick on and add a pair of google eyes.
4. To make the hat, cut a circle from black card slightly wider than the cardboard tube. Cut slits in the centre of the black card and push it over the top of the tube and down into position. Wrap a separate piece of black card around the top of the tube. Affix with glue.
5. Cut a thin strip of gold card and wrap it around the brim of the hat. Add a buckle cut from gold card.
6. Draw a shamrock shape on to green funky foam and cut out. Attach to the top of the hat.
