You will need:
- Votive
- Spray Paint
- Glass Outliner
Instructions:
- Cover work surfaces and use spray paint in a well ventilated area.
- Spray a thin layer of spray paint over the votives and leave to dry.
- With glass outliners add some spooky features.
We suggest using battery ‘tea lights’ for safety.
