Instructions:

1. Cut foam into long thin strips then cut these strips to length of the diameter you wish your ball to be.  You will need approx. 20-30 strips of foam.
2. Lay all the foam on top of each other and wrap a length of wire around the middle.  Use pliers to tighten and trim the wire.
3. You should now be left with a pom-pom shaped football!
