You will need:
- Paper plate
- Markers
- Paint
- Glitter glue
- Sequins
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Cut a paper plate in half.
- Trace/draw a seahorse onto the curved edge and cut it out.
- Paint and decorate using poster paint, glitter glue and sequins to your hearts content!
