You will need:

1. Paper plate
2. Foam sheet black
3. Cotton wool
4. Googly-eyes
5. Glue
6. Scissors
7. Paper plate
8. Sharpie marker

Instructions:

1. Use the scissors to cut sections of the black foam sheet into: 1 nose, 2 eye sockets and 2 ears – glue onto plate and leave to set
2. Roll some cotton wool into a ball, twice, and glue on top of each eye socket – glue 2 googly-eyes on top of the wool
3. Draw a little mouth using the sharpie.
