Instructions:

1. Cut some strips approx 2cm wide from A4 sugar paper in various colours.  Staple the ends of these strips together into rings making a chain as you go.
2. Fold paper plate in half for head.  Glue on some circles of funky foam for eyes and a long strip of paper for the tongue.  Add feathers and foil with tape to the head and tail.
3. Decorate body with glitter stars.
