Instructions:

1. Either use a cone (available in our scrapstore), or roll card into a cone shape. Cover in masking tape and paint it gold.
2. Once the paint has dried, wrap glitter strip around the cone (from base up) and attach using cellotape. You have now formed your torch.
3. For the flames, take 1 cardboard ring and push it through the other, securing using masking tape.
4. Cut long sections of modelling wire and wrap one end around the cardboard ring.
5. Cut strips of coloured material and carefully thread the wire through them.
6. Bend the wire to give a flickering flame effect.
7. Fix flame holder into Olympic torch using double sided tape.
