You will need:

1. Willow                                                 5. Glue-gun
2. Scissors                                             6. Glue sticks
3. Paint brush                                         7. Brown paint
4. Black paint                                          8. Varnish/glue

Instructions:

• Cut a section of willow long enough for your wand to include its stem and its handle.
• Using the glue gun, spread glue wherever and however you like, then leave to set. Be careful though, as the glue will be very, very hot.
• Mix the brown and black paint together until it makes a dark brown, then paint your wand; leave to dry.
• Finish the wand with a coat of varnish or PVA glue.
