Instructions:

1. Paint a small flower pot blue and leave it to dry.
2. Stick on eye stickers.
3. Cut a mouth and fins from foam and glue onto the pot.
4. Curl the pipecleaners around a pencil and insert into the flower pot hole. A bit of tape on the inside will secure.
