You will need:

1. Foam sheet red
2. Foam sheet black
3. Foam sheet yellow
4. Foam sheet white
5. Glue
6. Scissors
7. Paper plate

Instructions:

1. Using the scissors, cut out: 1 nose from the yellow foam; 6 whiskers and 2 eyes from the black foam; 1 hair bow from the red foam and 2 ears from the white foam.
2. Glue all the cuttings onto the plate and leave to dry.
