You will need:
- Hama beads
- Hama ironing paper
- Pegboard
- Iron
Instructions:
1. The first thing to do is decide what type of dinosaur you would like to make – when you’ve settled on one, print it off and use it as a rough outline for your Hama beads to shape around.
2. Start placing the beads on the Hama board; arrange them whichever way you like.
3. When you’ve finished, cover your dinosaur with the paper sheet and turn on the iron – it’s best to ask an adult to help you with this bit! Slowly iron the sheet for a minute or so until the beads fuse together and leave to cool down.
4. After a few minutes your dinosaur is ready to come off the board – I used a glue spreader to pick away at the edges until it came off, but you can use anything relatively sharp.
