You will need:

•  Children’s Wellington boots
•  Google eyes
•  Permanent Markers
•  Tulip paints

Instructions:

1. Choose a design or pattern to decorate your boots. Draw outline onto
boots using permanent markers.

2. Use the tulip paints to add colour to your design.

3. Leave to dry for a few hours.

4. Add google eyes, or glue on any other collage products, like sequins,
acrylic gemstones etc. Get creative and make it a lot of fun!!!
