You will need:

• Felt
• Willow
• Double Sided Tape
• Ribbon
• Feathers
• Scissors

Instructions:

1. Snap off a piece of willow approx. 30cm in length.
2. Cut 2 identical triangles from felt and cover one piece in double sided tape.  Stick both triangles together around one end of the willow.
3. Add some feather to the other end – you may need to stick these with cellotape or masking tape to secure.
4. Tie a length of ribbon around into a bow to finish.
