You will need:

•  Beer Tubing – scrap
•  Blue Shiny Foil – scrap
•  Clear Plastic Strip – scrap
•  Masking Tape

Instructions:

1. Cut approx 40cm length of beer tubing to create hoop. Insert small piece of thinner beer tubing inside cut ends for extra support. Secure with masking tape. Cover complete ring in masking tape.

2. Cut clear plastic strip into approx 20-25cm lengths, you will need approx 100. Do the same with the blue foil, you will need 30 of these.

3. Just tie each of the strips to the hoop in a simple knot one at a time, using a pattern of 3 clear, then 1 blue.
