Play Resource has developed a programme of training designed to support continual professional development (CPD) of artists working within the voluntary and community sectors. Training covers issues specific to them such as child protection, infant mental health, early intervention strategies, diversity, and dealing with difficult behaviour, to ensure they are fully qualified and equipped to deal with all the important issues they will face in their daily work as a community artist. Training is often delivered in partnership with other experts and organisations such as Children in Northern Ireland (CINI) and Keeping Safe.
