You will need:

•  Coat Hangers – scrap
•  Sticky Ribbon & Ribbon
•  Double Sided Tape
•  Fabric/Lace – scrap
•  Foam padding – scrap

Instructions:

1. Pad coat hanger by wrapping it in foam. Stick it on with tape.

2. Use double sided tape to attach length of fabric.

3. Decorate using ribbon / sticky ribbon.
