Please note the availability of goods on invoice in the Art & Play Shop is not automatic. These measures are to protect our members from fraudulent use of their cards, and to support Play Resource’s credit control systems.
A Direct Debit must be set up with your group in order to be eligible to receive invoices. Download the relevant form here Shop Direct Debit.
When purchasing goods on invoice a group is also required to provide evidence to show that an individual is authorized to purchase goods on behalf of your group. Full details outlined in the Shop Invoice Guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: Play Resource operates a 30 day returns policy. We aim to provide excellent customer service, therefore we operate a no quibble returns policy for items purchased in the Art & Play Shop. A request for refund can be made for any product within 30 days of purchase, for whatever reason as long as it is returned in its original condition with the receipt.
